I had the honor of photographing Tom Power, CEO of Sunshine Minting, Inc., during a podcast conversation with Jaime Cruz — one of the inspiring voices elevating Southern Nevada’s business and leadership stories.
Tom’s journey is a masterclass in growth with purpose. From his early days at Johnson Matthey in Canada to leading Sunshine Minting into a multinational powerhouse, his impact stretches far beyond precious metals.

What struck me most: His joy in seeing art created daily on his factory floor!
